A Summer Wedding at Wasing Park - Mary & Sam
Mary and Sam’s wedding at Wasing Park, one of my favourite venues in Berkshire was a stunner. With its historic charm, rustic barns, and stunning grounds, Wasing Park set the perfect scene for their relaxed yet beautifully styled summer wedding.
The morning started with Mary getting ready in the on-site farmhouse, a gorgeous setting for those natural, behind-the-scenes moments. Mary wore a stunning gown from Boo Bridal, paired with shoes and accessories from Lace and Favour. Her look was completed by the talented team at A Finishing Touch, who took care of hair and makeup, keeping everything fresh, modern, and natural.
Sam and his groomsmen looked sharp in Ted Baker suits, while the bridesmaids added a pop of colour in dresses from Bee Bridesmaids. It all came together perfectly, setting the tone for a day full of love, laughter, and a few epic dance moves later on!
The ceremony took place in Wasing Park’s beautiful Garden Room, flooded with natural light - always a dream to photograph. After an epic confetti moment, guests enjoyed drinks in the sun before heading over to Castle Barn for the reception.
Castle Barn at Wasing looked incredible, styled with florals from Sonning Flowers and stunning lighting, table decor, and chairs supplied by Party Lights. The attention to detail created the perfect backdrop for relaxed photos and those candid moments I love to capture.
After heartfelt speeches and a cake masterpiece by Catherine Scott, The Shortwaves hit the stage and filled the dancefloor. It was the kind of night where everyone let loose, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the photos tell the story better than words ever could.
