HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?

After meeting if you would like to book with us, we ask for a non refundable £250 deposit to reserve your date and a signed copy of our electronic contract. Once this has been done you are all booked in and ready to go!

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY IMAGES?

We keep all your high resolution images for one year after the wedding day. We have both cloud and hard drive back up for the low resolution files. It is highly recommend as soon as you receive the images you back up all photos on multiple hard drives and the cloud if that is an option. Google drive and Dropbox are great for this!

HOW LONG WILL DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

We aim to have your photos back within 6-8 weeks from your wedding date. We will send a preview album to you however in the week after your wedding as a little sneak peek for you to enjoy whilst on your honeymoon!

ARE YOU INSURED?

Most certainly - This is super important! Some venues require proof of this so are happy to provide you with a copy if needed!

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE INCLUDED?

This varies depending on number of hours you have booked us for. An 8 hour package results in the delivery of approx 500+ photos.

DO YOU TAKE FORMAL GROUP SHOTS?

We always take a small number of group shots after the ceremony as we know just how important they are. We suggest that between eight to ten group photos are selected - We want to keep you away from your guests for as little time as possible! A list of these shots will need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding date. We will send you a reminder by email with all invoices issued electronically.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We shoot with full frame professional Canon and Sony cameras using a selection of 'L' prime lenses. We also have various flashes and lighting equipment. We have back up equipment at all times! We also make sure we have white wedding umbrellas at all times to make sure our couples are protected against the weather if required!

DO I OWN MY WEDDING PHOTOS

The photographs you receive back from us are licensed to print and share online with your friends and family. There is no additional charge for downloads, they are there to use as you wish! We hold copyright to all images therefore cannot be sold on - Even to OK! magazine!

DO WE HAVE TO COMMIT TO PURCHASING AN ALBUM NOW?

Absolutely not! You can add an album on at any time up to a year after your wedding date. After this time you may need to provide the High Resolution photos to us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND OUR WEDDING DUE TO ILLNESS?

We have created a network of awesome photographers over the years who we can call upon to shoot with us should your wedding require additional photographers or to replace one of us in the rare event we would be unwell. These consist of photographers who are professionals who shoot for a living and are all incredibly talented lovely people!

are travel expenses an extra cost?

No, all expenses are included in our fee for weddings across the UK and abroad.

DO I GET BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS TOO?

Of course! We LOVE black and white photos! We edit a selection of your wedding gallery in B+W. If you wanted an image that we delivered in colour in B+W too, let us know and we will upload it to your online gallery!
